At Mallow, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products that didn't quite meet your expectations. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
